According to this Decision, amendments and supplements to procedures for registration of internal labor regulations will be regulated as follows:
- Application documentation for registration of internal labor regulations, including:
+ Written request for registration of internal labor regulations;
+ Internal labor regulations;
+ Written document on comments and feedbacks of the worker representative organization that is required if that organization exists;
+ Written documents of employers containing regulations related to labor disciplines and material liability (if any).
(Previous regulations of the Decision No. 636/QD-LDTBXH dated May 5, 2019 required these documents).
- Implementing bodies are added:
Specialized labor authorities affiliated to district-level People's Committees (mandated by those affiliated to provincial-level People's Committees).
Decision No. 338/QD-LDTBXH is entering into force as of the signature date.
