According to this Decree, individuals may apply for construction superintendent practicing certificates if they satisfy Articles 66 and 67 of Decree 15 and the following conditions:
Having held the position of chief supervisor or foreman or head designer for the works stated in applications for practicing certificates for:
- At least 01 grade-I or higher-grade construction projects or 02 grade-II or higher-grade construction projects in the sectors stated in applications for class-I practicing certificates.
- At least 01 grade-II or higher-grade construction projects or 02 grade-III or higher-grade construction projects in the sectors stated in applications for class-II practicing certificates.
- At least 01 grade-III or higher-grade construction projects or 02 grade-IV or higher-grade construction projects in the sectors stated in applications for class-III practicing certificates.
