According to this document, the Schedule is divided into 5 tiers (Appendix I):
- 1st tier, including 12 services with 2-digit codes ranging from 1 to 12;
- 2nd tier, including 45 services with 4-digit codes corresponding to those of respective 1st-tier services;
- 3rd tier, including 95 services with 5-digit codes corresponding to those of respective 2nd-tier services;
- 4th tier, including 136 services with 6-digit codes corresponding to those of respective 3rd-tier services;
- 5th tier, including 168 services with 7-digit codes corresponding to those of respective 4th-tier services.
The Schedule’s description must give clear explanations about exported or imported services, including definitions and identities of exportation and importation of services, services falling within or out of the scope of statistics of exported and imported services (Appendix II).
