According to this document, enterprise registration applications submitted via electronic networks will be accepted if the following requirements are fully satisfied:
- Providing documents and records which fully contain required information under the regulations as so applied to the written documents and records, and are represented in the electronic form;
- Using the names of electronic documents the same as those of hard-copy documents; probably using digital signatures or the scanned copies of physical signatures.
- Enterprise registration information must be fully and accurately provided on the national portal of enterprise registration information, and the same as that contained in hard-copy documents; must include information about phone numbers and electronic emails of applicants (this is a new regulation);
- Online enterprise registration applications must be authenticated by using digital signatures or business registration accounts of persons having authority to sign enterprise registration applications or their authorized persons.
Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP is taking effect as of January 4, 2021.
