+ Notification of investigation for application of bilateral trade remedies;
+ Investigation and application of bilateral trade remedies;
+ Involved parties to matters of investigation for application of bilateral trade remedies.
Regulations set forth in the Circular No. 30/2020/TT-BCT (in force from January 11, 2021) will be applicable to goods coming from the following countries or territories of origin:
- Territories of EU member states;
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;
- Principality of Andorra and the Republic of San Marino.
