According to this document, coastal economic zones, such as Quang Yen (Quang Ninh province), Southeast Quang Tri (Quang Tri province), Thai Binh (Thai Binh province) and Ninh Co (Nam Dinh province) will be added to the Planning for development of Vietnam’s coastal economic zones until 2020.
The addition of coastal economic zones to the Planning for development of coastal economic zones shall be scheduled as follows:
- Coastal economic zones, such as Southeast Quang Tri (Quang Tri province), Thai Binh (Thai Binh province) and Ninh Co (Nam Dinh province), will be added to the economic zone system on the date specified in the Official Document No. 663/TTg-KTTH dated May 13, 2013.
- Quang Yen coastal economic zone (Quang Ninh province) will be added to the economic zone system on the date specified in the Official Document No. 604/TTg-CN dated May 22, 2020.
Decision No. 1453/QD-TTg is issued on September 24, 2020.
