The Decision sets the following objectives:
- Improve the institution of online public services;
- Establish the National Public Service Portal at the only one address online;
- By 2020, the National Public Service Portal must integrate at least 30% of online essential public services which is gradually increased by 20% each year until all of level-3 and level-4 public services are integrated into the Portal;
- Provide the commonly-used digital authentication platform so that individuals and organizations can carry out the single sign-on (SSO) to have access to online public services of ministries, sectoral administrations or local authorities;
- Strive to provide and integrate more than 500 thousand of accounts in 2019, 1 million of accounts and an estimate of at least 8 million of accounts in 2023;
- Support individuals and organizations in management of information and documentation according to the principles under which documentation is provided only once and continues to be valid for use in the future.
The Decision No. 274/QD-TTg is set to take effect on the signature date.
