The Circular gives the following amendments and supplements:
- Adding certain definitions to the Appendix 1 to Article 1.007 in Part 1 of the Circular No. 01/2011/TT-BGTVT dated January 27, 2011.
- Amending and supplementing point 1 of clause b; amending and supplementing point d and e; inserting clauses g, h and i into Article 6.091 in Section 29 of Appendix V to the Circular No. 03/2016/TT-BGTVT dated March 31, 2016.
- Amending and supplementing clause 1 of Article 6.092 in Section 30 of Appendix V to the Circular No. 03/2016/TT-BGTVT dated March 31, 2016.
- Repealing clause c, amending and supplementing clauses g, h and adding clause o to Article 6.095 in Section 9 of Appendix IV to the Circular No. 21/2017/TT-BGTVT dated June 30, 2017, etc.
