- Health protection foods.
- Medical foods.
- Supplementary foods, including nutritional products for children aged 36 months or less.
The Food Safety Administration is bound to publish the list of products which obtain certificates of acknowledgement of registration of product announcement after the entry into force of this Circular on its website.
Food safety authorities at the provincial level are bound to publish the list of the products mentioned below on their websites or through mass media:
- Those products which obtains certificates of acknowledgement of registration of product announcement from provincial-level food safety authorities; or
- Those products announced by local organizations or individuals at their discretion from the entry into force of this Circular.
The Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BYT enters into force on November 1, 2018.
