This Circular provides that the cloud computing service is the supply of computing resources via the network environment to which multiple users are authorized to have access, which they may be granted permission to adjust, and for which payments are made based on the demand.
Criteria for selection of third party providing cloud computing services must include but not limited to the followings:
- The third party must be an enterprise.
- The third party must have information technology infrastructure corresponding to the services that it provides and satisfying the following requirements:
+ Comply with the laws of Vietnam;
+ Obtain the international certificate of information safety and security that remains valid.
