8 Resolutions prescribe 890 business conditions to be abolished
According to these eight resolutions, 184 administrative procedures are abolished, 134 procedures are decentralized to local authorities for settlement, and 349 procedures are simplified.
At the same time, 890 business conditions are abolished and 04 business conditions are simplified.
To be specific, 8 resolutions on reduction, delegation, and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions include:
- Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP on reduction, delegation and simplification of administrative procedures and reduction and simplification of business conditions under management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
- Resolution No. 18/2026/NQ-CP on reduction, delegation and simplification of administrative procedures and reduction of investment and business conditions under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
- Resolution No. 19/2026/NQ-CP on reduction, delegation and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions under management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- Resolution No. 20/2026/NQ-CP on delegation, reduction and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions under state management of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
- Resolution No. 21/2026/NQ-CP on reduction and simplification of business conditions and administrative procedures, and delegation of authority for handling administrative procedures in the health sector.
- Resolution No. 22/2026/NQ-CP on reduction, delegation and simplification of administrative procedures and reduction and simplification of business conditions under management of the Ministry of Public Security.
- Resolution No. 23/2026/NQ-CP on reduction, delegation and simplification of administrative procedures and reduction of business conditions under management of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Resolution No. 24/2026/NQ-CP on the reduction, delegation and simplification of administrative procedures and business conditions in the sectors of national defense, home affairs, finance, construction, foreign affairs, justice and banking.
