According to the Law, Vietnamese Fatherland Front Agencies at various levels are in charge of organizing community’s supervision of state budget.
Supervision contents:
- Adherence to regulations of law on management and use of state budget.
- Realization of annual state budget estimates.
- Publicization of state budget according to Article 15 of the Law.
The Government will issue specific regulations on Community’s supervision of state budget
From budget year 2017, the
Law on State budget 2015 comes into force and the Law on State budget 2002 is annulled.
