THÔNG BÁO

VỀ VIỆC CẤP GIẤY CHỨNG NHẬN XUẤT XỨ HÀNG HÓA MẪU E, AI, AJ, AANZ, AHK, RCEP, S, VC, VJ, VN-CU VÀ CPTPP ĐIỆN TỬ

Để cải cách thủ tục hành chính, tạo thuận lợi cho thương nhân khi đề nghị cấp 11 C/O mẫu E, AI, AJ, AANZ, AHK, RCEP, S, VC, VJ, VN-CU và CPTPP, Cục Xuất nhập khẩu (Bộ Công Thương) thông báo, cụ thể như sau:

1. Kể từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2024, sau khi được duyệt điện tử trên Hệ thống eCoSys, thương nhân in màu C/O (gồm cả mặt trước và mặt sau - Overleaf Notes) trên giấy trắng, kích thước A4 theo tiêu chuẩn ISO. C/O điện tử được in ra đã tích hợp chữ ký, con dấu của cơ quan, tổ chức cấp C/O và mã QR để xác minh tính xác thực.

2. Riêng đối với C/O mẫu E và mẫu AI cấp cho hàng hóa xuất khẩu sang thị trường Thái Lan, thương nhân tiếp tục thực hiện theo hướng dẫn tại Thông báo số 257/TB-BCT ngày 10 tháng 10 năm 2022 của Bộ Công Thương về việc in Giấy chứng nhận xuất xứ hàng hóa trên giấy A4 thông thường.

Mọi vướng mắc phát sinh (nếu có) trong quá trình thực hiện, đề nghị liên hệ Cục Xuất nhập khẩu - Bộ Công Thương (Điện thoại: [phone]/2468; địa chỉ email: [e-mail] hoặc [e-mail]) để được hướng dẫn cụ thể.

Cục Xuất nhập khẩu (Bộ Công Thương) thông báo để thương nhân đề nghị cấp 11 mẫu C/O nói trên, các cơ quan, tổ chức cấp C/O và các đơn vị liên quan biết và thực hiện./.

NOTICE

OF ISSUANCE OF ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (C/O) FORMS E, AI, AJ, AANZ, AHK, RCEP, S, VC, VJ, VN-CU AND CPTPP

For the purposes of administrative reform and facilitating traders' application for C/O of the following 11 forms E, AI, AJ, AANZ, AHK, RCEP, S, VC, VJ, VN-CU and CPTPP, the Agency of Foreign Trade (affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam) herein gives notification as follows:

1. From January 01, 2024, after an electronic approval is given on the eCoSys system, the C/O (including its front page and overleaf notes page) must be printed in colour on plain paper of ISO A4 size. The signature and stamp of the C/O issuing authority, and QR code available on the printed e-C/O shall be used for checking the authenticity of the C/O.

2. C/O Form E and C/O Form AI issued to support goods exported to Thailand shall still be subjected to the provisions of the Notice No. 257/TB-BCT dated October 10, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam prescribing printing of certificate of origin on normal A4 paper.

Any difficulties that arise during the implementation of this document should be reported to the Agency of Foreign Trade affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam (Tel.: [phone]/2468; Email: [e-mail] or [e-mail] vn) for detailed instructions.

Applicants for C/O of 11 Forms mentioned above, C/O issuing authorities and relevant units are requested to comply with the guidelines herein./.
