CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE AMENDED LIST OF PERMISSIBLE PRODUCTS FOR TREATING AND IMPROVING THE AQUACULTURE ENVIRONMENT IN VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03^rd 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10^th 2009, amending Article 3 of the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03^rd 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine 2004;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15^th 2005, specifying the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine; the Government's Decree No. 119/2008/ND-CP dated November 28^th 2008, amending and supplementing the Government's Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15^th 2005, specifying the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine;

At the proposal of the Director of Directorate of Fisheries;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural development issues the amended List of permissible products for treating and improving the aquaculture environment in Vietnam.

1. The Amended List of Permissible products for treating and improving the aquaculture environment in Vietnam (Annex 1);

2. The Amended List of Names and addresses of producers and importers in the List of permissible products in Vietnam (Annex 2);

Article 2. This Circular takes effect on March 16^th 2013.

Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office, the Director of Directorate of Fisheries, Heads of Ministerial units, Directors of Services of Agriculture and Rural development of central-affiliated cities and provinces, organizations and individuals relevant to the production, trading, and use of products serving the treatment and improvement of aquaculture environment are responsible for the implementation of this Circular./.
