QUYẾT ĐỊNH

CỦA BỘ CÔNG NGHIỆP SỐ 04/2004/QĐ-BCN NGÀY 07 THÁNG 01 NĂM 2004 VỀ VIỆC BỔ SUNG MỘT SỐ CHẤT VÀO DANH MỤC TIỀN CHẤT SỬ DỤNG TRONG LĨNH VỰC CÔNG NGHIỆP BAN HÀNH THEO QUYẾT ĐỊNH SỐ 134/2003/QĐ-BCN NGÀY 25 THÁNG 8 NĂM 2003 CỦA BỘ TRƯỞNG BỘ CÔNG NGHIỆP

Căn cứ Nghị định số 55/2003/NĐ-CP ngày 28 tháng 5 năm 2003 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Công nghiệp;
Căn cứ Luật Phòng, chống ma túy ngày 09 tháng 12 năm 2000;
Căn cứ Nghị định của Chính phủ số 133/2003/NĐ-CP ngày 06 tháng 11 năm 2003 bổ sung một số chất vào Danh mục các chất ma túy và tiền chất ban hành kèm theo Nghị định số 67/2001/NĐ-CP ngày 01/10/2001 của Chính phủ;
Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Cơ khí, Luyện kim và Hóa chất,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Điều 1. Bổ sung vào Danh mục tiền chất sử dụng trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 134/2003/QĐ-BCN ngày 25 tháng 8 năm 2003 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Công nghiệp các chất sau đây:

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP, of May 28, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;  

Pursuant to the Law on drug prevention and fight, of December 09, 2000;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 133/2003/ND-CP, of November 06, 2003, adding a number of substances to the list of narcotics and precursor substances, issued together with the Government’s Decree No. 67/2001/ND-CP of October 01, 2001;
