QUYẾT ĐỊNH

BAN HÀNH "DANH MỤC DỊCH VỤ BƯU CHÍNH, MẠNG VÀ DỊCH VỤ VIỄN THÔNG BẮT BUỘC QUẢN LÝ CHẤT LƯỢNG".

Căn cứ Pháp lệnh Bưu chính, Viễn thông ngày 25 tháng 5 năm 2002;
Căn cứ Nghị định số 90/2002/NĐ-CP ngày 11 tháng 11 năm 2002 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Bưu chính, Viễn thông;
Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Khoa học - Công nghệ,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Điều 1. Ban hành “Danh mục dịch vụ bưu chính, mạng và dịch vụ viễn thông bắt buộc quản lý chất lượng”, bao gồm:

- Dịch vụ điện thoại trên mạng điện thoại công cộng;

- Dịch vụ điện thoại trên mạng di động mặt đất công cộng;

- Dịch vụ Internet.

Điều 2. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành sau 15 ngày kể từ ngày đăng công báo. Quyết định này thay thế cho Quyết định số 144/2001/QĐ-TCBĐ ban hành ngày 28 tháng 2 năm 2001 của Tổng cục trưởng Tổng cục Bưu điện.

Điều 3. Chánh Văn phòng; Chánh Thanh tra; Vụ trưởng các Vụ; Cục trưởng Cục Quản lý chất lượng Bưu chính, Viễn thông và Công nghệ thông tin; Thủ trưởng các đơn vị thuộc Bộ Bưu chính, Viễn thông; các doanh nghiệp Bưu chính, Viễn thông và các đại lý Bưu chính, Viễn thông chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

DECISION

PROMULGATING THE LIST OF POST SERVICES, TELECOMMUNI-CATIONS NETWORKS AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO QUALITY CONTROL

THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELEMATICS

Pursuant to the May 25, 2002 Ordinance on Post and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No.90/2002/ND-CP of November 11, 2002 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Post and Telematics;
At the proposal of the director of the Science-Technology Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To promulgate "the list of post services, telecommunications networks and services subject to quality control," including:

- The telephone services on public telephony network;

- The telephone services on public land mobile networks;

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. It replaces Decision No.144/2001/QD-TCBD, issued on February 28, 2001 by the General Director of Post and Telecommunications.

Article 3.- The director of the Ministry's Office, the chief inspector, the directors of Departments, the director of the Department for Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology Quality Control; the heads of the units under the Ministry of Post and Telematics; the post and telecommunications enterprises as well as post and telecommunications agents shall have to implement this Decision.
