Đảm nhận vai trò lãnh đạo các bộ phận chuyên môn phát triển TVPL Legal AI đang hoạt động tốt, nhằm phát huy hơn nữa thế mạnh của đội ngũ hiện có và nâng cao hiệu quả phối hợp. Điều hành việc hoàn thiện sản phẩm và tổ chức triển khai trong giai đoạn thương mại hóa rất gần.

1) Lương gross từ 120-220 triệu/tháng, theo năng lực và độ sẵn sàng tiếp nhận mức treo thưởng.

2) Treo thưởng rất cao theo hiệu quả, tốc độ và sự hài lòng của khách hàng TVPL hiện hữu khi đưa sản phẩm ra thị trường.

TVPL Legal AI đang chuyển trọng tâm từ nghiên cứu và xây dựng nền tảng sang hoàn thiện sản phẩm, triển khai thương mại và phát triển theo phản hồi của khách hàng.

Giai đoạn này cần tăng cường năng lực điều hành xuyên suốt giữa các nhóm chuyên môn.

Giám đốc sẽ tiếp nhận nền tảng và đội ngũ hiện hữu, cùng Ban lãnh đạo đánh giá mức độ sẵn sàng, thống nhất ưu tiên và lộ trình triển khai; được giao quyền điều hành tương ứng để chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng, tiến độ và hiệu quả sử dụng sản phẩm.

1. Giới thiệu

1) TVPL Legal AI là hệ sinh thái AI pháp luật của THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT, phục vụ doanh nghiệp, công ty luật, đội ngũ pháp chế và người dùng pháp luật.

2) TVPL có 300 nhân sự, web ThuVienPhapLuat.vn có 5 triệu thành viên, hiện có 200.000 doanh nghiệp sử dụng THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT mỗi ngày, và rất nhiều người dùng từ các đơn vị khác.

3) Dự án TVPL Legal AI đã được nghiên cứu và phát triển hơn 4 năm, với khoảng 60 người tham gia, gồm AI, phát triển phần mềm, chuyên viên pháp lý, Legal BA, DevOps và các chuyên môn liên quan.

4) Dự án đang hoàn thiện sản phẩm để thương mại hóa trong vòng kg quá 6 tháng tới, và tiếp tục hoàn thiện, phân chia nhiều dòng sản phẩm trong các năm tới.

5) TVPL cần tuyển những Giám đốc Phát triển Sản phẩm để lãnh đạo các nhóm hiện có, điều phối công việc và tổ chức triển khai sản phẩm cho khách hàng.

2. Vị trí cần tuyển

Giám đốc Phát triển Sản phẩm TVPL Legal AI - Head of Product & Engineering. Làm việc toàn thời gian tại TP.HCM (Khu Sala), báo cáo trực tiếp Ban lãnh đạo TVPL.

3. Vai trò và trách nhiệm

1) Chịu trách nhiệm chung về kết quả phát triển sản phẩm: Đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng, đạt chất lượng và hoàn thành đúng kế hoạch.

2) Thống nhất mục tiêu, phạm vi và cách mô tả từng dòng sản phẩm, xác định việc ưu tiên, người chịu trách nhiệm từng khâu và tiêu chí hoàn thành.

3) Điều hành các nhóm qua trưởng nhóm, sắp xếp nhân lực và thứ tự công việc, xử lý vướng mắc để các khâu bàn giao đúng tiến độ.

4) Quản lý bằng đầu ra có thể kiểm tra. Tổ chức kiểm thử và nghiệm thu về nghiệp vụ pháp lý, độ tin cậy của AI, độ mượt của nền tảng, tính bảo mật và khả năng vận hành.

5) Đánh giá trưởng nhóm và nhân sự dựa trên kết quả thực tế; phát triển đội ngũ, đề xuất khen thưởng hoặc thay thế người không đáp ứng yêu cầu.

6) Phối hợp với kinh doanh và các bộ phận để chuẩn hóa tài liệu giới thiệu, trình diễn, thử nghiệm, triển khai và hỗ trợ sản phẩm cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp.

7) Theo dõi hiệu quả triển khai, chi phí vận hành và phản hồi khách hàng để cải tiến sản phẩm.

Yêu cầu công việc

4. Yêu cầu ứng viên

1) Có sự phù hợp về tầm nhìn cùng TVPL, có khả năng tốt trong đọc hiểu câu từ, và tư duy logic tỉnh táo như đứa trẻ thông minh.

2) Đã trực tiếp lãnh đạo phát triển và triển khai sản phẩm phần mềm có nhiều khách hàng sử dụng; nêu rõ vai trò cá nhân và kết quả đạt được.

3) Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhiều nhóm chuyên môn thông qua trưởng nhóm; có năng lực và nghệ thuật giao việc, kiểm tra đầu ra và đánh giá nhân sự.

4) Có năng lực quản lý sản phẩm và nền tảng kỹ thuật phần mềm đủ vững để đánh giá phương án, tiến độ, chất lượng và chi phí.

5) Hiểu cách ứng dụng AI, dữ liệu, LLM và nền tảng; làm việc được với AI Architect và các trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật.

6) Biết chuyển nhu cầu khách hàng thành kế hoạch thực hiện; quyết định rõ ràng, xử lý được công việc chậm hoặc bế tắc và chịu trách nhiệm đến kết quả.

5. Điểm cộng

1) Đã hoặc đang làm Product Lead/Technical Program Manager tại các đơn vị hàng đầu, các doanh nghiệp SaaS/B2B Enterprise hàng đầu, các văn phòng công nghệ nước ngoài tại Việt Nam.

2) Đã điều hành triển khai sản phẩm AI, phần mềm cho doanh nghiệp hoặc công nghệ pháp lý (LegalTech).

TVPL cũng rất mong được gặp các quái kiệt ẩn mình trong ngành.

6. Phối hợp làm việc

1) Lãnh đạo các nhóm phát triển sản phẩm, BA, thiết kế, AI, dữ liệu, phần mềm và vận hành hệ thống trong phạm vi được giao; phối hợp với chuyên gia pháp lý, Legal BA và kinh doanh.

2) AI Architect và các trưởng nhóm chịu trách nhiệm chuyên môn trong phạm vi được giao. Giám đốc thống nhất ưu tiên, điều phối nguồn lực và chịu trách nhiệm về kết quả chung.

7. Quyền lợi

TVPL Legal AI Is Hiring Head of Product & Engineering

Job Description

Take on a leadership role overseeing the specialized teams developing TVPL Legal AI, which is already operating effectively, with the goal of further leveraging the existing team's strengths and improving cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the completion of the product and organize its deployment as it approaches the commercialization stage.

(1) Gross salary: VND 120–220 million/month, depending on capabilities and willingness to accept a performance-based bonus structure.

(2) High performance-based bonuses tied to effectiveness, speed, and the satisfaction of existing TVPL customers when the product is launched to the market.

TVPL Legal AI is shifting its focus from research and platform development toward product completion, commercial deployment, and continuous improvement based on customer feedback.

At this stage, the company needs stronger end-to-end management capabilities across specialized teams.

The Director will take over the existing platform and team, work with the leadership team to assess readiness, align priorities and the implementation roadmap, and receive the corresponding authority to take responsibility for product quality, delivery timelines, and product effectiveness.

Introduction

1) TVPL Legal AI is THU VIEN PHAP LUAT's legal AI ecosystem, serving businesses, law firms, in-house legal teams, and legal-information users.

2) TVPL has approximately 300 employees. The ThuVienPhapLuat.vn website has 5 million members, and approximately 200,000 businesses use THU VIEN PHAP LUAT every day, along with many other users from different organizations.

3) The TVPL Legal AI project has been researched and developed for more than four years, involving approximately 60 people, including AI specialists, software developers, legal specialists, Legal BAs, DevOps engineers, and other relevant professionals.

4) The project is being finalized for commercialization within the next six months or less, with plans to continue improving the platform and develop multiple product lines over the following years.

5) TVPL is looking for Product Development Directors to lead existing teams, coordinate their work, and organize product deployment for customers.

Position

Head of Product & Engineering – TVPL Legal AI

This is a full-time position based in Ho Chi Minh City (Sala area), reporting directly to the TVPL leadership team.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Take overall responsibility for product development results, ensuring that customer needs are met, quality standards are achieved, and projects are completed according to schedule.

2) Establish unified objectives, scope, and descriptions for each product line; determine priorities, assign responsibilities for each stage, and define completion criteria.

3) Manage teams through their respective team leaders, allocate personnel and work priorities, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely handovers between stages.

4) Manage through measurable and verifiable outputs. Organize testing and acceptance processes covering legal-business requirements, AI reliability, platform usability, security, and operational capabilities.

5) Evaluate team leaders and employees based on actual results; develop the team and recommend rewards or replacement of personnel who do not meet requirements.

6) Coordinate with Sales and other departments to standardize product introduction materials, demonstrations, trials, deployment, and customer support for enterprise clients.

7) Monitor deployment effectiveness, operating costs, and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

Candidate Requirements

1) Share a compatible vision with TVPL, have strong reading and language comprehension skills, and possess clear logical thinking comparable to that of a highly intelligent child.

2) Have directly led the development and deployment of software products used by a large number of customers, with a clear explanation of your personal role and achievements.

3) Have experience managing multiple specialized teams through team leaders, with strong skills and judgment in delegation, output review, and personnel evaluation.

4) Have solid enough product management and software engineering knowledge to evaluate solutions, timelines, quality, and costs.

5) Understand the application of AI, data, LLMs, and technology platforms, and be able to work effectively with AI Architects and technical team leaders.

6) Be able to translate customer needs into actionable plans; make clear decisions, resolve delays or bottlenecks, and take responsibility through to the final results.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Experience working or having worked as a Product Lead or Technical Program Manager at leading organizations, leading SaaS/B2B Enterprise companies, or international technology companies operating in Vietnam.

2) Experience leading the deployment of AI products, enterprise software, or LegalTech solutions.

TVPL is also very interested in meeting the hidden exceptional talents in the industry.

Collaboration

1) Lead product development, BA, design, AI, data, software, and system operations teams within the assigned scope; coordinate with legal experts, Legal BAs, and the Sales team.

2) The AI Architect and team leaders remain responsible for their respective areas of expertise. The Director establishes priorities, coordinates resources, and takes overall responsibility for the results.
