According to the Circular, the technical-economic characteristics of marine registration services, specifically for technical inspection and supervision services of newly built marine electrical equipment, are prescribed in the Appendix enclosed with Circular No. 28/2025/TT-BXD as follows:
(1) Technical inspection and supervision services for newly built marine electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of up to 50 kVA.
Fundamental characteristics: Inspection is carried out at technological stages related to electrical equipment with a total rated capacity generator of up to 50 kVA, calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the total rated capacity of the generators.
(2) Technical inspection and supervision services for newly built marine electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 50 kVA to 100 kVA.
Fundamental characteristics: Inspection is carried out at technological stages related to electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 50 kVA to 100 kVA, calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the total rated capacity of the generators.
(3) Technical inspection and supervision services for newly built marine electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 100 kVA to 250 kVA.
Fundamental characteristics: Inspection is carried out at technological stages related to electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 100 kVA to 250 kVA, calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the total rated capacity of the generators.
(4) Technical inspection and supervision services for newly built marine electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 250 kVA to 500 kVA.
Fundamental characteristics: Inspection is carried out at technological stages related to electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 250 kVA to 500 kVA, calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the total rated capacity of the generators.
(5) Technical inspection and supervision services for newly built marine electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 500 kVA to 1000 kVA.
Fundamental characteristics: Inspection is carried out at technological stages related to electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 500 kVA to 1000 kVA, calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the total rated capacity of the generators.
(6) Technical inspection and supervision services for newly built marine electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 1000 kVA to 2000 kVA.
Fundamental characteristics: Inspection is carried out at technological stages related to electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 1000 kVA to 2000 kVA, calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the total rated capacity of the generators.
(7) Technical inspection and supervision services for newly built marine electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 2000 kVA to 4000 kVA.
Fundamental characteristics: Inspection is carried out at technological stages related to electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 2000 kVA to 4000 kVA, calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the total rated capacity of the generators.
(8) Technical inspection and supervision services for newly built marine electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 4000 kVA.
Fundamental characteristics: Inspection is carried out at technological stages related to electrical equipment with a total rated capacity of generators of over 4000 kVA, calculated based on the coefficient corresponding to the total rated capacity of the generators.
