According to the Circular, “occupational COVID-19” has been added to the list of occupational diseases covered by social insurance.
At the same time, Appendix 35 on guidelines on occupational COVID-19 diagnosis and assessment has been added.
Therefore, as of April 1, 2023, there are 35 occupational diseases covered by social insurance, for example:
- Occupational silicosis;
- Occupational asbestosis;
- Occupational byssinosis;
- Occupational talc pneumoconiosis lung disease;
- Occupational coal worker's pneumoconiosis;
- Occupational chronic bronchitis;
- Occupational asthma;
- Occupational lead poisoning;
- Occupational intoxication of benzene and benzene homologues;
- Occupational mercurialism;
- Occupational manganism;
- Occupational trinitrotoluene poisoning;
- Occupational COVID-19; etc.
