Among the above-mentioned problems, there is 1 situation related to a dispute of credit contracts with the collateral being land use rights and property on land (Clause 1 Section III Official Dispatch No. 206/TANDTC-PC dated December 27, 2022) settled by the similar application to Precedent No. 11/2017/AL on recognizing contract of mortgage of land use rights on which there are properties not owned by the mortgagor.
