- Fees for processing applications for issuance and reissuance of environmental licenses:
+ For projects or facilities in group I (except for projects or facilities providing hazardous waste treatment services; projects or facilities importing scraps to as raw materials for manufacture): 50 million dong/ license.
+ For projects or facilities in group II or projects or facilities in the area of 02 or more provincial administrative divisions or in the territorial waters that are not under jurisdiction of any specific provincial People’s Committee: 45 million dong/license.
- Fees for processing applications for issuance and reissuance of environmental licenses for projects or facilities handling harmful wastes:
+ Up to 4 hazardous waste treatment devices: 60 million dong/license/project; 40 million/license/facility.
+ From 5 to 10 hazardous waste treatment devices: 65 million dong/license/project; 50 million/license/facility.
+ 11 or more hazardous waste treatment devices: 70 million dong/license/project; 60 million/license/facility.
(Previously, fee for processing applications for issuance of harmful waste handling licenses is from 17 million dong to 68,8 million dong; fee for processing applications for reissuance of these licenses is from 8,3 million dong to 41,1 million dong).
The above-mentioned fees shall be applied to individual applications for issuance, reissuance or adjustment of the environmental licenses. The fees do not include travel costs of the Inspectorates to the facilities and costs for taking and analyzing waste samples under regulations.
Circular No. 02/2022/TT-BTC comes into force from January 11, 2022.
