According to this Circular, maintenance expenses borne by owners or operators or users of construction projects will be determined as follows:
- As for the maintenance job incurring less than VND 500 million, the maintenance expense equals
+ 3.5% of the sum of costs of annual maintenance jobs, repair costs and maintenance consulting costs.
+ And other costs prescribed in clause 1, 2, 6 and 7 of Article 3 in this Circular.
- As for the maintenance job incurring at least VND 500 million and subject to the requirements for preparation of an economic - technical feasibility report or an investment project for repair of construction project, the maintenance expense equals:
+ 3.5% of the sum of costs of annual maintenance jobs and maintenance consulting costs.
+ And other costs prescribed in clause 1, 6 and 7 of Article 3 in this Circular, respectively.
Circular No. 14/2021/TT-BXD is entering into force as of November 1, 2021, replacing the Circular No. 03/2017/TT-BXD dated March 16, 2017.
