According to this document, 11 administrative procedures at the central level in the performing arts sector are abolished, specifically including:
- Procedures for granting licenses to popularize performing art works composed before 1975 or works of Vietnamese people living and settling overseas.
- Procedures for granting licenses to organize art or fashion shows to central organizations.
- Procedures for licensing Vietnamese organizations and individuals of central authorities to go abroad to attend overseas art or fashion shows.
- Procedures for licensing subordinate organizations of central authorities to invite foreign organizations and individuals to enter Vietnam to attend art or fashion shows.
- Procedures for granting licenses to send candidates to participate in international beauty contests and model contests.
- Procedures for granting approval of contents of audio and video recordings of art or stage performances to subordinate organizations of central authorities.
The Decision No. 632/QD-BVHTTDL is entering into force as of the signature date.
