According to this document, bond issuing enterprises disclose information to investors buying bonds according to the following methods:
- Paper documents;
- Electronic documents;
- Information posted on websites of issuing enterprises;
- Information posted on webpages on corporate bonds at Hanoi Stock Exchange in accordance with regulations laid down in Article 32 in the Decree No. 153/2020/ND-CP.
In addition, bond issuing enterprises send information to be announced to the Hanoi Stock Exchange by using electronic documents through its webpage on corporate bonds.
Circular No. 122/2020/TT-BTC is entering into force as of February 15, 2020, replacing the Circular No. 77/2020/TT-BXD dated August 14, 2020.
