On November 12, 2020, the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs issues the Circular No.
11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH regarding the Directory of arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations; and extremely arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations.
According to this document, annexed to this Circular are the Directory of arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations; extremely arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations.
From the effective date of the Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH (March 1, 2021), 08 Decisions and Circulars will become expired, including:
- Decision No. 1453/LDTBXH-QD issued in 1995 regarding the provisional Directory of arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations; and extremely arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations;
- Decision No. 915/LDTBXH-QD dated July 30, 1996 regarding the provisional Directory of extremely arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations; and arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations;
- Circular No. 36/2012/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 28, 2012 on supplements to the Directory of arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations; and extremely arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations;
- Circular No. 15/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 28, 2016 on the Directory of arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations; and extremely arduous, toxic and dangerous trades and occupations.
