According to this document, there will be 1,336 dangerous goods that must be put in packages during transit, specifically including:
- Compressed air;
- Liquid air;
- Fire extinguishers containing compressed or liquefied gas;
- Firelighters or fuels used for charging firelighters containing flammable gas;
- Liquefied, non-flammable, charged Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide gas or air;
- Compressed oxygen;
- Liquid oxygen;
- Liquefied petroleum gas;
- Sulfur dioxide;
- Motor fuels, gasoline or oil;
- Kerosene oil;
- Crude oil, and so on.
Dimensions, symbols, particular colors and danger signs will be subject to Article 7, Appendix I and III in the Decree No. 42/2020/ND-CP dated April 8, 2020.
Operators of means of transport, warehouse keepers, shipment escorts are those who need to be trained under regulations when participating in the transportation of dangerous goods.
Circular No. 37/2020/TT-BTC is entering into force on January 14, 2021, replacing the Circular No. 44/2012/TT-BCT dated December 28, 2012.
