This document prescribes the list of telecommunications services subject to quality control and corresponding technical national regulations applied to specific services as follows:
- Fixed land FTTH/xPON broadband internet access service (cable internet access service) – QCVN 34:2019/BTTTT.
- Fixed land broadband internet access service using modern television cable technology (cable internet access service) – QCVN 34:2019/BTTTT.
- Telephone service on the Public Land Mobile Network – QCVN 36:2015/BTTTT.
- Internet access service on the Public Land Mobile Network – QCVN 81:2019/BTTTT.
If a national technical regulation corresponding to the aforesaid service is replaced by the new one, the latter will be applied.
Therefore, in comparison with the current regulations laid down in the Circular No. 35/2015/TT-BTTTT the new list will not include 2 following services:
- Telephone service on the Public Land Fixed Network.
- xDSL fixed land broadband internet access service.
Circular No. 32/2020/TT-BTTTT is entering into force on December 15, 2020.
