According to this document, the Administration commands the implementation of the following regulations in order to actively assure food safety, prevent and control food contamination for collective catering kitchens inside industrial zones, export processing zones and schools in an effective manner.
- Strictly implement the Directive No. 17/CT-TTg dated April 13, 2020; provide instructions on the strict implementation of the Law on Food Safety and the Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated February 2, 2018.
- Request local authorities to take initiative in formulate plans for assurance of food safety for local collective catering kitchens.
- Cooperate with competent authorities to inspect the compliance of collective catering kitchens inside industrial zones, export processing zones, schools and other establishments providing ready-to-eat meals for local industrial zones, export processing zones or schools with food safety regulations.
- Strengthen the communication and education of knowledge about food safety, food contamination prevention and control, especially for enterprises running their own collective catering kitchens, ready-to-eat meal catering establishments, management boards of local industrial zones and export processing zones.
- Local healthcare facilities must formulate plans, establish regular forces, provide necessary means and more training and practice sessions for professional forces in order to provide medical examination, emergency care services and take prompt actions in case of food contamination that occurs.
