According to this document, from July 1, 2020, citizens of 80 countries will be granted e-visas, specifically including:
- Argentina.
- Portugal.
- United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Federal Republic of Germany.
- Republic of India.
- South Korea.
- United States.
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
- France.
- China, and so on.
The document also prescribes the list of international bordergates allowing passenger’s entry or exit by using e-visas, including:
- 8 airport bordergates: Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Cam Ranh,…international airports.
- 16 land bordergates: Tay Trang International Border Checkpoint in Dien Bien province; Mong Cai International Border Checkpoint in Quang Ninh province; Huu Nghi International Border Checkpoint in Lang Son province, etc.
- 13 sea bordergates: Hon Gai Port in Quang Ninh province; Cam Pha Port in Quang Ninh province; Hai Phong Port in Hai Phong city, etc.
