According to this document, from May 7 to December 31, 2020, fee and charge rates prescribed in the schedule of fees and charges annexed to the Circular No. 272/2016/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance is about to be reduced by 50%, except:
- Charges for issuance, renewal and reissuance of securities practicing certificates for securities practitioners of securities companies, securities investment trust management companies and securities investment companies.
- Fees for management of securities services.
(Both types of fees and charges remain subject to the Schedule annexed to the Circular No. 272).
From January 1, 2021, all of fees and charges for securities services will have to conform to regulations laid down in the Circular No. 272.
Circular No. 37/2020/TT-BTC is officially entering into force from May 7 – December 31, 2020.
