According to this document, since several airlines open unpermitted flight bookings, Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam requests them to refund them flight fares free of charge.
In addition, during the period of prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic, they make the following requests:
- Airlines only allow clients to book flights permitted by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam.
- Airlines need to keep themselves updated with directions given by the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam so that they can plan their aviation business accordingly.
- The Division of Air Transport and the Aviation Inspectorate will closely supervise the sale and operation of all airlines’ flights to strictly sanction any violation.
