According to this Notice, heads of sectors, all-level local governments and enterprises must be responsible for activities related to the epidemic prevention and control within their localities and ambit.
Local authorities need to lead drastic implementation of measures to prevent and control the epidemic at industrial zones, enterprises, construction sites, and strengthen the protection of safety for their workers and staff; take care of disadvantaged persons' life.
In addition, the Ministry of Education and Training is authorized to imperatively report to the Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam before submitting to the Prime Minister the study and examination plan for the academic term of 2019-2020.
The Prime Minister also requests the Ministry of Public Security, especially local public security forces, to intensify public security, order and safety duties; imperatively inspect and impose strict sanctions for any act of public order disturbance, illegal racing, attacks on law enforcement officers, etc. during the epidemic prevention and control period.
