The Decree prescribes that enterprises, entities, family households or persons doing business in several sectors stated in Article 2 in this Decree will have access to extension of deadlines for payment of taxes and land rents, specifically including:
- Manufacture of leather or other related products; wood processing and manufacture of wood and bamboo products (except beds, cabinets, desks and chairs), automobile and other motorized vehicle manufacturing, etc.
- Travel agencies, businesses providing tours and services supporting or relating to tour promotion and operation activities, etc.
- Logistics, shipping and warehouse services; accommodation, food or beverage services; education and training; healthcare and social assistance services; real estate business activities, etc.
- Production of prioritized supporting industrial products; key mechanical engineering products.
In addition, regulations laid down in this Decree are applied to small and micro businesses, credit institutions, and foreign bank branches, which give their customers support in response to impacts of the Covid-19 outbreak.
