1. Principles for determining livestock production scale
On January 21, 2020, the Government has promulgated the Decree No. 13/2020/ND-CP providing guidance on the Law on Animal Husbandry.
According to this Decree, the livestock production scale is determined as follows:
- Large-scale farms are defined as farms with 300 livestock units or more;
- Medium-scale farms are defined as farms with from 30 to under 300 livestock units;
- Small-scale farms are defined as farms with from 10 to under 30 livestock units;
- Family farms are defined as farms with less than 10 livestock units.
Livestock unit is a reference unit used for live weight-based calculation of livestock regardless of their species, age and gender. Each livestock unit is equivalent to 500 kg of live weight of livestock.
The Decree No.13/2020/ND-CP is coming into force from March 05, 2020.
2. Main contents shown in undergraduate degrees
This content is mentioned in the Circular No. 27/2019/TT-BGDDT which stipulates main contents shown in undergraduate degrees and their annexes and is coming into force from March 01, 2020.
According to this Circular, an undergraduate degree must contain the following information:
- Heading includes the official name and motto of Vietnam;
- Degree’s name specified according to training level (bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, doctoral degree or equivalent degree);
- Field of study;
- Name of the issuing educational institution;
- Full name of the holder;
- Date of birth of the holder;
- Degree classification (if any);
- Location and date of awarding the degree;
- Title, signature and full name of the person authorized to confer and append the seal on the degree;
- Serial number and reference number of the degree.
Hence, information about mode of study or degree classification is not compulsorily shown in an undergraduate degree.
3. Requirements for import of used motor vehicles within TRQ
This content is mentioned in the Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BCT prescribing the allocation of tariff-rate quota through auction for import of used motor vehicles under commitments set out in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
According to this Circular, used motor vehicles which are imported within TRQ must meet the following requirements:
- They have been registered for sale in the exporting country before arriving at a border checkpoint of Vietnam in accordance with laws.
- They qualify as originating under the rules of origin set out in the CPTPP Agreement and must be supported by the C/O which is presented when carrying out import procedures.
- They comply with national technical regulations on quality, technical safety and environmental protection of motor vehicles, and regulations on border checkpoints for imported motor vehicles.
- Categories of imported motor vehicles must be conformable with the License for import of motor vehicles as prescribed by laws.

4. 03 national technical regulations on information and communications coming into from March 01, 2020
The Ministry of Information & Communications has promulgated 03 national technical regulations which are coming into force from March 01, 2020, including:
(1) QCVN 35:2019/BTTTT - National technical regulation on quality of telephone service on the Fixed Public Telecommunications Network enclosed with the Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BTTTT dated August 16, 2019.
(2) QCVN 34:2019/BTTTT - National technical regulation on quality of fixed land broadband Internet Access Service enclosed with the Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BTTTT dated August 16, 2019.
(3) QCVN 81:2019/BTTTT - National technical regulation on quality of Internet access service on the Land Mobile Network enclosed with the Circular No. 09/2019/TT-BTTTT dated August 16, 2019.
