According to this document, in order to deal with any issue likely to arise on time, ensure compliance with regulations on payment of insured medical costs, the Ministry of Health has gathered and provided instructions on how to deal with the following issues:
- Issues relating to payment of insured medical costs by internal primary care units or internal medicine departments of district hospitals or district medical centers;
- Issues relating to signing of insured health service contracts with Bach Mai hospital – 2nd branch;
- Issues relating to signing of insured medical service contracts with hospitals directly controlled by Universities of Medicine;
- Issues relating to medical services provided by general practitioners;
- Issues relating to technical services provided by specialized departments;
- Issues relating to personnel carrying out artificial kidney techniques.
