The Decision introduces 08 new sets of administrative procedures prescribed in the Circular No. 22/2019/TT-BTC dated April 16, 2019 within the jurisdiction of the General Department of Customs, including:
- Procedures for granting customs declaration certifications to customs officers who are transferred, retire or resign;
- Procedures for temporary suspension of business of customs brokerage agent;
- Procedures for closure of customs brokerage business;
- Procedures for continuation of customs brokerage business;
- Procedures for granting ID codes of customs brokers;
- Procedures for renewing ID codes of customs brokers;
- Procedures for re-granting ID codes of customs brokers;
- Procedures for withdrawal of ID codes of customs brokers.
In addition, 2 following sets of administrative procedures will be amended and revised:
- Procedures for recognition of customs brokerage business;
- Procedures for tests for grant of customs brokerage business certification.
