Below are two sets of administrative formalities:
- Administrative application requirements and procedures for granting subsidies on legal aids for small and medium enterprises:
+ Documentation package, including declaration form of enterprise’s business scale, photocopy of enterprise registration certificate and legal aid service contract between the defined advisor and enterprise.
+ Application processes: Package of required documents is sent, whether directly or by post, to ministries or ministry-level bodies.
- Administrative request requirements and procedures for paying charges on legal aids granted to small and medium enterprises:
+ Payment documentation, including written document stating legal aid, written request for payment of legal aid charges certified by both the legal advisor and enterprise and financial invoice.
+ Request processes: Package of required documents is sent, whether directly or by post, to ministries or ministry-level bodies.
The Decision No. 1696/QD-BTP is going to take effect on August 16, 2019.
