Pursuant to this Decree, when offering legal aids to small and medium enterprises, entities must, by taking into consideration support resources and programs, decide to grant support in the following order of priority:
- Small and medium enterprises run by women and enterprises employing more female workers that already submit legitimate applications;
- Small and medium enterprises hiring 30% in their total number of employees which is the handicapped as provided in the Law on Disabled Persons;
- Small and medium enterprises submitting legitimate applications.
The State will provide incentives and support policies for entities, enterprises and persons involved in giving legal aids to small and medium enterprises.
The Decree No. 55/2019/ND-CP will enter into force from August 16, 2019 and replace the Decree No. 66/2008/ND-CP dated May 28, 2008.
