In particular, on February 21, 2019 the Government has promulgated the Decree No. 20/2019/ND-CP amending the Decree No. 140/2016/ND-CP regarding registration fee, including amendments to certain regulations on declaration and payment of real property registration fee.
This means that procedures for declaration of registration fee for real property will also be subject to new regulations enshrined in the Decision No. 391 from April 10, 2019.
In addition, other two administrative procedures will be amended and superseded, including:
- Procedures for declaration of registration fee for fishing vessels, inland watercraft and ocean-going vessels of which the original documentation is insufficient or which are newly built in Vietnam;
- Procedures for declaration of registration fee for other property subject to registration fee payment (except real property, fishing vessels, inland watercraft, ocean-going vessels of which the original documentation is insufficient or which are newly built in Vietnam).
