- The list contains those products classified by HS codes and forms of management of exported and imported printing products according to the provisions laid down in Appendix No. 01 to this Circular.
- The list contains those products classified by HS codes and forms of management of exported and imported publishing products according to the provisions laid down in Appendix No. 02 to this Circular.
Processes, procedures and application requirements for permits for import of printing and publishing products in both Lists mentioned above will be subject to the Decree No. 60/2014/ND-CP dated June 19 and the Circular No. 23/2014/TT-BTTTT dated December 29.
The Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BTTTT enters into force on February 12, 2019.
