- Do not apply floor prices of share, fund certificate and covered warrant brokerage services (this regulation applies to listed securities and trading securities).
- Only regulate the maximum price equaling 0.5% of each trade.
(The current floor price is 0.15% of value of each trade)
In addition, prices of futures contract brokerage services in derivatives markets are regulated as follows:
- 15,000 dong/index futures contract at maximum
- 25,000 dong/Government bond futures contract
- These prices have not yet taken into account of amounts calculated at prices of derivatives trading services, positions management services and collateral management services that are paid by securities companies in accordance with regulations in force.
The Circular No. 128/2018/TT-BTC will enter into force on February 15, 2019 and replace the Circular No. 242/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016.
