Fees for grant of sea dumping permits are quoted

Recently, the Ministry of Finance has promulgated the Circular No. 105/2018/TT-BTC on the fee amount, the regime for payment and collection of fees for grant of sea dumping permits.

The Circular prescribes that an organization or individual requesting a regulatory authority to issue, re-issue, renew, revise and supplement sea dumping permits will be liable for one of the following fees:

- Fee for issue of a sea dumping permit is 22,500 (thousand dong/each)

- Fee for re-issue of a sea dumping permit is 7,000 (thousand dong/each)

- Fee for renewal of a sea dumping permit is 17,500 (thousand dong/each)

- Fee for revision or supplementation of a sea dumping permit is 12,500 (thousand dong/each)

Organizations or individuals will be required to pay fees directly to authorized collection organizations or pay fees via accounts of authorized collection organizations opened at state treasuries.

The Circular No. 105/2018/TT-BTC will take effect on January 1, 2019.
