Method of calculating gross weight/volume of narcotics prescribed in the 2015 Criminal Code

The Decree prescribes that, with respect to narcotics mentioned in the same subparagraph of the following paragraphs:

- Paragraph 2, 3, 4 Article 248: Illegal manufacture of narcotics

- Paragraph 1, 2, 3, 4 Article 249: Illegal possession of narcotics

- Paragraph 1, 2, 3, 4 Article 250: Illegal transport of narcotics

- Paragraph 2, 3, 4 Article 251: Illegal trade of narcotics

- Paragraph 1, 2, 3, 4 Article 252: Appropriation of narcotics

Their weight/volume is totaled up and compared with weight/volume of respective groups of these narcotics mentioned in paragraphs of applicable legislative articles for determining which paragraphs of applicable legislative articles will apply to such gross weight/volume.
