In addition to 05 principles of review, omission and streamlining of regulatory investment and business requirements, the Ministry will release the detailed plan for streamlining of over 600 conditions, including:
- Omission of conditions concerning the legitimate domain name upon establishment of the websites for online trades in goods and services, which is provided in the Decree No. 52/2013/ND-CP dated May 16, 2013.
- Safe harbor under which logistics service providers are exempted from application for business registration specified under the provisions of the Decree No. 140/2007/ND-CP dated September 5, 2017 currently in effect.
- Abolition of food safety conditions applied to small-scale food businesses prescribed by the 2010 Law on Food Safety, the Decree No. 38/2012/ND-CP dated April 25, 2012 and the Decree No. 77/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016.
