Kính gửi: Hiệp hội bia rượu và nước giải khát Việt Nam.

Tổng cục Hải quan nhận được công văn số 120/CV-HH ngày 18/11/2013 của Hiệp hội bia rượu và nước giải khát Việt Nam về giá tính thuế mặt hàng rượu nhập khẩu của Công ty TNHH Diageo Việt Nam. Về vấn đề này, Tổng cục Hải quan có nhận được công văn khiếu nại ngày 06/11/2013 của Công ty TNHH Diageo Việt Nam khiếu nại về giá tính thuế mặt hàng rượu các loại, xuất xứ Anh nhập khẩu tại Cục Hải quan Tp. Hải Phòng. Căn cứ Luật Khiếu nại số 02/2011/QH13 ngày 11/11/2011, Tổng cục Hải quan đã có công văn số 6985/TCHQ-TXNK ngày 20/11/2013 thụ lý đơn khiếu nại của Doanh nghiệp để xem xét giải quyết theo đúng trình tự, thẩm quyền quy định của pháp luật.

Tổng cục Hải quan thông báo để Hiệp hội bia rượu và nước giải khát Việt Nam được biết./.

The General Department of Customs has received official dispatch No. 120/CV-HH dated November 18, 2013, of the Vietnam beer, alcohol and beverage association, on taxable price of the imported alcohol of the Vietnam Diageo Limited Liability Company.   Regarding this matter, the General Department of Customs has received official dispatch for complaints dated November 06, 2013 of the Vietnam Diageo Limited Liability Company, making complaints on the taxable price of alcohol commodities of all kinds, originating from England and imported at Customs Department of Hai Phong city. Pursuant to Law on complaints No. 02/2011/QH13 dated November 11, 2011, the General Department of Customs has official dispatch No. 6985/TCHQ-TXNK dated November 20, 2013, receiving application for complaints of enterprises in order to consider and settle in accordance with process and authority prescribed by law.

The General Department of Customs notifies the Vietnam Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Association as above.
