SỬA ĐỔI MỨC THUẾ SUẤT THUẾ XUẤT KHẨU ĐỐI VỚI MẶT HÀNG SẮN THUỘC NHÓM 07.14 TẠI BIỂU THUẾ XUẤT KHẨU BAN HÀNH KÈM THEO THÔNG TƯ SỐ 164/2013/TT-BTC NGÀY 15/11/2013 CỦA BỘ TRƯỞNG BỘ TÀI CHÍNH

Căn cứ Luật Thuế xuất khẩu, Thuế nhập khẩu ngày 14/6/2005;

Căn cứ Nghị quyết số 710/2008/NQ-UBTVQH12 ngày 22/11/2008 của Ủy ban Thường vụ Quốc hội về việc sửa đổi Nghị quyết số 295/2007/NQ-UBTVQH12 ngày 28/9/2007 của Ủy ban thường vụ Quốc hội về việc ban hành Biểu thuế xuất khẩu theo danh mục nhóm hàng chịu thuế và khung thuế suất đối với từng nhóm hàng, Biểu thuế nhập khẩu ưu đãi theo danh mục nhóm hàng chịu thuế và khung thuế suất ưu đãi đối với từng nhóm hàng;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 87/2010/NĐ-CP ngày 13/8/2010 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Thuế xuất khẩu, Thuế nhập khẩu;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 215/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 23/12/2013 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Tài chính;

Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Chính sách Thuế;

Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính ban hành Thông tư sửa đổi mức thuế suất thuế xuất khẩu đối với mặt hàng sắn thuộc nhóm 07.14 tại Biểu thuế xuất khẩu ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 164/2013/TT-BTC ngày 15/11/2013 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính.

Điều 1. Sửa đổi mức thuế suất thuế xuất khẩu

Sửa đổi mức thuế suất thuế xuất khẩu đối với mặt hàng sắn thuộc nhóm 07.14 tại Biểu thuế xuất khẩu ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 164/2013/TT-BTC ngày 15/11/2013 của Bộ Tài chính ban hành Biểu thuế xuất khẩu, Biểu thuế nhập khẩu ưu đãi theo danh mục mặt hàng chịu thuế như sau:

07.14	Sắn, củ dong, củ lan, a-ti-sô Jerusalem, khoai lang và các loại củ và rễ tương tự có hàm lượng tinh bột hoặc i-nu-lin cao, tươi, ướp lạnh, đông lạnh hoặc khô, đã hoặc chưa thái lát hoặc làm thành dạng viên; lõi cây cọ sago.
0714.10	- Sắn:

Điều 2. Hiệu lực thi hành

Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 20 tháng 6 năm 2015./.

ADJUSTMENTS TO EXPORT DUTIES ON MANIOC ARTICLES OF HEADING 07.14 ON EXPORT DUTY SCHEDULE ENCLOSED WITH CIRCULAR NO. 164/2013/TT-BTC DATED NOVEMBER 15, 2013 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Export and Import tax dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 710/2008/NQ-UBTVQH12 dated November 22, 2008 of Standing Committee of the National Assembly on amendments to the Resolution No. 295/2007/NQ-UBTVQH12 dated September 28th 2007 of the Standing committee of the National Assembly, promulgating the Export Tariff Schedule according to the list of taxable headings and the tax bracket on each heading, the Preferential Import Tariff Schedule according to the list of taxable headings and preferential tax bracket on each heading;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 87/2010/NĐ-CP dated August 13, 2010, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Export and import tax;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the request of the Director of the Tax Policy Department;

The Minister of Finance promulgate a Circular on adjustments to export duties on manioc articles of heading 07.14 on export duty schedule enclosed with Circular No. 164/2013/TT-BTC dated November 15, 2013 of the Minister of Finance.
