CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING
LIST OF ANIMAL BREEDS TO BE IMPORTED
Pursuant to the Law on Export and Import Duties
dated April 06, 2016;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.
134/2016/ND-CP dated September 01, 2016 elaborating the Law on Export and
Import Duties;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.
18/2021/ND-CP dated March 11, 2021 providing amendments to the Government’s
Decree No. 134/2016/ND-CP dated September 01, 2016 elaborating the Law on
Export and Import Duties;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.
105/2022/ND-CP dated December 22, 2022 defining functions, missions, authority
and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural
Development of Vietnam;
At the request of the Directors General of the
Legislation Department, Department of Livestock Production, and Department of
Fisheries;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural
Development of Vietnam promulgates a Circular promulgating the List of animal
breeds to be imported.

Article 2. Importation of animal breeds and aquatic breeds must comply
with regulations of the Law on Animal Husbandry, the Law on Fishery and
relevant laws.
Article 3. This Circular comes into force from February 02, 2024.
