Căn cứ vào Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung theo Nghị quyết số 51/2001/QH10 ngày 25 tháng 12 năm 2001 của Quốc hội khoá X, kỳ họp thứ 10, Căn cứ vào Điều 19 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 51 của Luật ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Pháp lệnh phòng, chống mại dâm

Đã được Ủy ban thường vụ Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam khóa XI thông qua ngày 17 tháng 3 năm 2003./.

ON THE PROMULGATION OF THE ORDINANCE ON PROSTITUTION PREVENTION AND COMBAT

THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 of December 25, 2001 of the Xth National Assembly at its 10th session;
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,

PROMULGATES:

The Ordinance on Prostitution Prevention and Combat,

which was passed on March 17, 2003 by the XIth National Assembly Standing Committee of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
