SỬA ĐỔI KHOẢN 3 ĐIỀU 3 THÔNG TƯ SỐ 04/2022/TT-NHNN NGÀY 16 THÁNG 6 NĂM 2022 CỦA THỐNG ĐỐC NGÂN HÀNG NHÀ NƯỚC VIỆT NAM QUY ĐỊNH VỀ VIỆC ÁP DỤNG LÃI SUẤT RÚT TRƯỚC HẠN TIỀN GỬI TẠI TỔ CHỨC TÍN DỤNG, CHI NHÁNH NGÂN HÀNG NƯỚC NGOÀI

Căn cứ Luật Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam ngày 16 tháng 6 năm 2010;

Căn cứ Luật Các tổ chức tín dụng ngày 18 tháng 01 năm 2024;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 102/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 12 tháng 12 năm 2022 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam;

Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Chính sách tiền tệ;

Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước ban hành Thông tư sửa đổi khoản 3 Điều 3 Thông tư số 04/2022/TT-NHNN ngày 16 tháng 6 năm 2022 của Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam quy định về việc áp dụng lãi suất rút trước hạn tiền gửi tại tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài.

Điều 1. Sửa đổi khoản 3 Điều 3 Thông tư số 04/2022/TT-NHNN như sau:

“3. Chứng chỉ tiền gửi do tổ chức tín dụng phát hành.”

Điều 2. Điều khoản thi hành

Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 20 tháng 11 năm 2024.

Điều 3. Tổ chức thực hiện

Chánh Văn phòng, Vụ trưởng Vụ Chính sách tiền tệ, Thủ trưởng các đơn vị thuộc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam, tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức thực hiện Thông tư này./.

CIRCULAR

On amendments to clause 3 Article 3 of Circular No. 04/2022/TT-NHNN dated June 16, 2022 of the Governor of State Bank of Vietnam on the application of interest rates on premature withdrawal of deposits from credit institutions and foreign bank branches

Pursuant to the Law on State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions dated January 18, 2024;

Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2022/ND-CP dated February 12, 2022 of the Government on function, tasks, powers and organizational structures of the State Bank of Vietnam;

At the request of the Director of the Financial Policy Department;

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam hereby promulgates a Circular on amendments to clause 3 Article 3 of Circular No. 04/2022/TT-NHNN dated June 16, 2022 of the Governor of State Bank of Vietnam on the application of interest rates on premature withdrawal of deposits from credit institutions and foreign bank branches.

Article 2. Implementation clauses

This Circular comes into force from November 20, 2024.

Article 3. Organization of implementation

The Chief of Office, the Director of the Monetary Policy Department, heads of units affiliated to the State Bank of Vietnam, credit institutions and foreign bank branches are responsible for organization of implementation of this Circular./.
