QUYẾT ĐỊNH

CỦA THỐNG ĐỐC NGÂN HÀNG NHÀ NƯỚC SỐ 495/2000/QĐ-NHNN1 NGÀY 30 THÁNG 11 NĂM 2000 VỀ SỐ NGÀY TÍNH LÃI 1 NĂM ĐỐI VỚI TIỀN GỬI VÀ CHO VAY BẰNG ĐÔ LA MỸ

THỐNG ĐỐC NGÂN HÀNG NHÀ NƯỚC

Căn cứ Bộ Luật dân sự nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam ngày 9/11/1995;
Căn cứ Luật Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam và Luật các tổ chức tín dụng ngày 12/12/1997;
Căn cứ Nghị định số 15/CP ngày 2/3/1993 của Chính phủ về nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và trách nhiệm quản lý nhà nước của Bộ, cơ quan ngang Bộ;
Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Chính sách tiền tệ.

QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Điều 1. Nay quy định số ngày tính lãi 1 năm đối với tiền gửi và cho vay bằng đô la Mỹ của các tổ chức tín dụng đối với khách hàng 360 ngày.

Điều 2:

1. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 1/12/2000 và thay thế quy định về cơ sở tính lãi tại điểm 4, văn bản số 854/CV-NHNN1 ngày 6/9/2000 của Thống đốc ngân hàng Nhà nước về lãi suất SIBOR để ấn định lãi suất cho vay bằng đô la Mỹ của tổ chức tín dụng đối với khách hàng.

2. Thủ trưởng các đơn vị thuộc Ngân hàng Nhà nước, Giám đốc chi nhán Ngân hàng Nhà nước tỉnh, thành phố; Chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị và Tổng Giám đốc (Giám đốc) các tổ chức tín dụng chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

DECISION

ON THE NUMBER OF DAYS OF A YEAR USED FOR THE CALCULATION OF THE US$ DEPOSITS AND LENDING INTEREST RATE

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK

Pursuant to the Civil Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated 9 November, 1995;
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam and the Law on the Credit Institutions dated 12 December, 1997;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 15 CP dated 2 March, 1993 of the Government on the assignment, authority and responsibility for the State management of the ministries, ministerial-level agencies;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Monetary Policy Department,

DECIDES

Article 1. The number of days of a year used for the calculation of the US$ deposits and lending interest rate of credit institutions for customers shall be 360 days.

Article 2. This Decision shall be effective from 1 December, 2000 and replace the provision in respect of the basis for interest calculation stated in point 4, Official Dispatch No. 854/CV-NHNN1 dated 6 September, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank on the use of SIBOR for the determination of US$ lending interest rate of the credit institutions for customers.

Article 3. Heads of units of the State Bank of Vietnam, General Managers of State Bank branches in provinces, cities, Chairman and Directors General (Directors) of credit institutions shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
